Shipping To Australia

• ABW uses Australia Post as our service provider to calculate the shipping costs on all items – based on weight.
• We offer FREE EXPRESS delivery for all orders over $100AUD.
• We guarantee to dispatch all orders on the same day as they are placed (before 5pm AEST).
• All orders placed after 5pm – will be sent out within 24 hours on any business day (Monday – Friday)
• Please note, our couriers do not ship to PO Boxes, therefore Australia Post shall handle all deliveries to Australian PO Boxes.
• All customers should receive a TRACKING NUMBER via email as soon as your package is sent out by our logistics team. Please check your “Junk Mail” if you do not receive it.

International Shipping

• All international orders are dispatched via DHL EXPRESS.
• Order over $250AUD and receive FREE EXPRESS DELIVERY!
• Estimated delivery times are given when you calculate your shipping costs – based on your geographic location.
• We will ensure all orders are sent out within 24 hours of being placed.
• If you do not receive a “completed” order email – please feel free to email us to confirm your order has been dispatched.

Wrong Size Or Colour?

• ABW will happily exchange your item/s for a different size or colour if returned within 14 days of purchase.

• If you are unhappy with the item itself, you may return it in exchange for a store credit OR Different product of the same value.
• If the item is faulty or not of merchandisable quality – We will happily provide a full refund or Store Credit if returned within 14 days of the purchase (Terms & Conditions Apply – See Below) .
• You can use our return slip for any of the reasons above, which means we will cover the cost of the postage (Australia Only).
